Quiet location but close driving distance to restaurants, clean and comfortable room at a good rate, only issue was the refrigerator in the room was without its control knob though it worked ok at what it was set was a 'low' refrigeration setting.

TV was an old 19” CRT. Remote control didn’t have batteries. Soap bars are very small, hard to hold onto when wet. Flooring was vinyl planking, very cold.

We just used this place as a one night stopover on a Route 66 road trip. We were looking for something cheap that was in a handy location, and this fit the bill. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and pretty quiet even though it's on a busy road, and it had a small continental breakfast that was fine ...

Manager/Staff are family & very nice, courteous & friendly people. Room upstairs was very clean, Flatscreen w/DT, fridge & microwave gets big plus. I am 6'0, so toilet seat & shower set is kind of small, but bathroom functional? Overall very good experience.
