“We booked a suite that accommodates 6 people. The room was only 1 room with 2 queens and a sofa; we could not fit 5 people in it. We checked out after the first night !”

“Short staff as took a long time to get checked in about 20-25 min. Room was clean and ready when we checked in. The toilet had issues and was late at night and we were tired so did not tell then till we checked out, did not seam to concerned but I later received a email letting me know they were taking care of the issue. Breakfast was as per all morning breakfast free with stay, the meal was standard scrambled eggs, sausage patties, gravy and biscuits also had yogurt and pasty, cereal and……

“The staff was great. The room was clean. We were on the first floor and there must have been a herd of elephants above us. The upstairs noise was extremely loud. I would suggest a 2nd level if you can climb the stairs since there is no elevator.”

“I like the setting of structure, very comfortable, looks like a “home”. The front desk and the gold coach is very impressive. Clean and beautiful!”

“The only good thing about this property is the convenience of the free boat slips. The rooms are old and in need of upgrades, there is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, did not provide enough towels in the room. The food at the restaurant and bar was horrible, tastes like frozen food and the front desk staff was extremely rude especially Marissa. We had miscommunication about the boat parking as it was our first time visiting this hotel and instead of trying to be accommodating or……

“No one at the front seat for over 20 minutes. Stayed in 3rd floor as soon as I got out of the elevator the smell of dog pee was horrible. The carpet in the hall way is super dirty and torn. The room was not clean at all. I would never stay there again. I’m sorry just saying the truth. I am not the one to stay in boogie hotels but this was really bad.”

“What a lovely place to stay after a long day visiting with family and being in the HOT sun! It was a beautiful property, quiet neighborhood and all-around comfortable place to stay. I'm a hard to please type of person, but his property really blew me away. Every time we head to Havasu, I plan on seeing if we can book this place. What a gem!”
