“The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful with questions about things in the hotel. I asked where the ice machine was for rooms on 1st floor?I was told I must take elevator and go to 2nd floor area where drink and snack machines r located, it's located beside them. It worked out 1st day. On day 2 one of the 2 elevators to go to floors 2, 3, and 4 was out of service. A bit inconvenient to get ice. but things break down, Ok. Breakfast was good, with enough options to choose from. I……

“This property was very clean, well kept and up to date. The amenities were very nice but what stood out to me were the people. Everyone I encountered was super nice and courteous. The gentleman at the breakfast area was on top of everything, cleaning after each person and very friendly. I also talked with one of the morning cleaning staff and she was very nice and friendly. Overall great experience!”

“Terrible stay here, infact the only good thing I can say about it is the air conditioning worked and cooled the room off pretty good. Nothing was properly cleaned, pulled covers back to find crumbs on sheets, some kind of mattress topper on the bottom that looked to be mold or just plan filthy dirt all over it. Ceiling looked to have been having leaks, walls cracked and big chunks missing that had fallen off the wall. Toilet made a weird screeching noise that would wake anybody up out their……

“The staff were friendly and for the price it was not bad. The room was clean. Breakfast was provided but it was not as big as I thought it would be. Very minimal options. The biggest negative for the hotel overall was it had a consistent smell. Even with the the staff cleaning you could still smell it.”

“The top floor restaurant has a very nice views of the city, and the staff were very pleasant. There is not much to see within walking distance, but the street it's on has a few nice retail shops & restaurants.”

“Great facility, great Italian restaurant 2 doors down. Lots of history on display in the B&B. Breakfasts ranged from good to great, all fresh-made on site. Coffee and soft drinks gratis on first floor.”
