"Mary at the front desk was welcoming and efficient when I checked in and out. Also, we didn't have a remote control in our room and she walked one over as soon as we called. Thanks, Mary.
The room was small. Everything was clean and in good shape. Bed comfortable. Refrigerator kept things cool as did the room air conditioner. Occasional noise outside but nothing unusual. Overall a fantastic choice if you want a low cost room. I'll stay here every time I travel to Goldsboro."
Palm Cottage - Centrally Located Brick Home on Quiet Street

"This house is old, and does have some updates. It reminded me of my grandma’s house. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Came in to a surprise- a fenced in area in the back. It looked new so I think it is still in progress since there was no handle and latch on the inside. It was very helpful with our small dogs. Only issues we had during our stay was some of the doors would stick or not stay closed, but again this is an older home. I also wished that there were lamps in the bedrooms. The overhead light was a little too bright. All in all great place for the price. "

"This home is very spacious. Wonderful for family and kids with all the games, pool table, dart board. Needs more glasses and cooking ware in kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Some outside/porch chairs would an excellent addition as well. "

"Place was small but perfect for our small family. Full size bed and twin made for perfect sleeping. Clean and stocked with essentials. Backyard was perfect for our toddler with a nice player and fence in grass. If we come back, we’ll be sure to book this cute apartment. O, and the in unit laundry was great for toddler laundry. "
"In the area to visit my daughter, who is a student at a nearby college. We had a really nice weekend at the property. The inside was tastefully decorated and very clean. We had no problems during our stay. Will definitely use this again."
"My family of seven stayed at the property. Check in was great. Priory could use some lights at the backyard entrance door to gain entrance. Inside was real cozy, definitely reminded us of grandma's house. We are a large family and the home had enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for us all, but not enough chairs to accomodate us at the dining table or in the living room watching TV.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "

"The host was great about making changes. Also was easy to get a hold of if we needed to. She changed a bedding situation quickly.
With that being said the home needed to be emptied out more. The freezer was full of food, so no where to store items of our own. Drawers and dressers were full of owners items. A lot of personal items in the home, just felt like we were staying where someone lives full time.
