“We were welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Beth was wonderful and made us feel right at home! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, the pool was refreshing after a day of riding and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning and with good coffee, too! The location is excellent and convenient to everything around Guntersville. The porch/deck with the fireplace was very nice. Though it was the middle of summer and the fire wasn't……

“I did not stay there. It seems I booked a room for the day before I wanted it. So therefor I had already paid for a nights stay which was not refundable. I went to a different motel. Needless to say I was not happy.”

“The bathroom floor in front of the toilet was NASTY! The group was stained and there was something stuck to the floor. Breakfast was a joke. The waffle mix was separated and the milk in the fridge looked spoiled. Someone in the second floor was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it as you walked by.”

“Manager was horrible. Had someone bring me fod and groceries. And they were told I can't have anyone come buy and to leave. Ridiculous.”

“We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. During the night while we were laying in the room at least 2 roaches crawled across the wall. If I had not been exhausted from the drive I had to make I would……

“Gave it 5 stars because it was nice for an overnight stay. The kitchen was not well equipped so for an extended stay it wouldn’t be adequate. Nice stove and kitchen area but 2 skillets is all there was to cook with”
