“The staff were so helpful and gracious. The bed in my original room was elevated as was the bath. They very kindly switched me to a different location so that I could avoid all the up-and-down movement with my knees. This was a great place to visit with dogs. Hiking, sitting by the campfire and resting near the big postcard window were memorable and relaxing ways to pass the time with furry friends. ”

“We were expecting a typical hotel room, but it was more like a small apartment. Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. Nice complimentary breakfast and very accommodating staff.”

“This stay was a late check in. We we're just looking for a place to crash. What we got was a newly renovated, clean motel. It was cool to wake up in a small mountain downtown area in a quaint room. You could simply walk a block and be in the middle of it all. Its cozy for a couple for a couple of days. ”

“ The property was a dream! The view was beautiful at sunset and sunrise. The property was stocked with anything you could think of from pots and pans and spices down to games and movies. Demetria ( the host) was very quick to respond to any and all questions I had during the stay. Which is a bit hard to come by! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away. Between the grill on the top deck, jacuzzi on the lower or even the fire pit there’s plenty of things to……

“Beautiful location on the lower Toccoa River. Home is older but very well appointed and well maintained. Adequate kitchen and comfortable furnishings and beds. We would return here in the future”

“Perfect for what we needed. 2 night stay in town for a wedding. Wish we more time to explore the downtown area which was so quaint and full of shops. Apartment was small but very clean and the neighborhood felt very safe. Great for 2 people”
