It is just as stunning in person. There were 8 or us, and the layout of the house was so perfect for a big group with young kids and teens. The owners have thought of everything you could need. We especially loved all the blankets! We spent every morning on the deck having coffee and watching the sunrise. And in the evenings we made a fire and enjoyed all the coziness! It was truly our favorite spot. You are also super close to town, hikes, and amazing restaurants! Our favorites that we highly recommend are Mountain Mama’s coffee (the best and adorable), General Ledger (incredible food and atmosphere!) and Toccoa Riverside (sit down on the river patio! And get the trout and grits!) The kids also loved Vertigo Pinball for lunch. We lived Mercier Orchards! Gorgeous and so fun. And make the trip to Helen for a really cool experience! We also did a mountain coaster there and the Alpine golf looked great. We will absolutely be back and stay at this cabin again. Couple of minor issues. Trash seemed to have not been picked up for a couple of weeks as it was beyond full. Downstairs tub did not drain. Layout of cabin is “ok” for 2 families but not much more. The bathroom for the extra bedroom upstairs was also the common area bathroom which was a little awkward. We had a good time overall. ##### JOHN BRANT D. We loved the property and the pictures are exactly as described. The fireplaces inside and out were perfect for cold january nights. We brought our own pillows from home, but regardless we all slept so well on this trip. Played pool and brought games and had plenty of tables and spots for puzzles and cards ect. There were a couple areas which could have used a bit more cleaning (host reach out for specifics). Host was accomodating for early check in and made arrangments for the driveway to be cleared of snow in advance. Happy to have snow on our trip and for the kids to play in it. We did a girls trip here, there were 4 of us and we wanted for nothing in this beautiful home! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything you need for a great vacation. We cooked most meals in the home, the kitchen was stocked with pans, plates, seasoning etc. The bathrooms all had towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, all sinks had soap and lotion. The views were stunning and the hot tub was a fun way to end the night. My favorite part was the in door fire places that turned on with a push of a button. We were looking for an outstanding home that was in a very quiet, private and peaceful setting. This home fit what we were looking for perfectly. We only had a couple of minor issues and the owner was quick to take care of those for us. One of the nicest things was when we were in the hot tub and thought we heard something below us. When I looked over the ledge there were 4 deer casually grazing 15 ft from us and they weren't concerned with us watching at all. If you are looking for a really nice home that is well kept, close in to town yet very private, you can't do much better than this one. ##### Allen W. It has a modern vibe with sweeping views of the forest and mountains. The owners were quick to respond with a couple of special requests, and there were many amenities we weren't expecting. I love there are two "family rooms" so we could spread out. They have lots of games for a competitive family. Loved the scenery and all the spaces. Less than 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do! Stay here; it's fabulous! Definitely going back there soon. Watch out for the deer and fawns everywhere. . .so lovely. ##### kelly s. We were there during the peak foliage season and it was gorgeous. The home is beautiful with lots of extras. Kitchen is fully stocked, family room is great for people who want to have fun. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend to everyone. The only downside for us is we are walkers and the roads up there do not offer sidewalks or shoulders on the road. Which has no reflection on this property. It is just geography. We live in Florida and can't find a hill. LOL ##### Nancy W. Cabin was really amazing and we all had an awesome time from the moment we walked in to find a complimentary snack basket to the fresh flowers in the living room. The cabin is expertly decorated. Very modern and upscale and quite a difference from the aesthetic of most of the cabins we have booked in Blue Ridge. There was truly something for everyone. A well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The oversized table allowed for us to spread out and really enjoy big meals. The exterior TVs were a nice touch whether you wanted to enjoy the morning view with some music whilst relaxing on the couches or head to the bottom deck and enjoy a movie while soaking in the hot tub. The entire cabin smelled wonderful, looked clean and new. The bedrooms all had comfy beds, clean bathrooms and it truly had everything. The upgraded toiletries in the bathrooms and kitchens were such a nice touch. The master bath has a rain faucet with multiple shower attachments and an amazing oversized claw tub! All the games included had all the pieces which was also a nice touch. Thank you for being signed into the fire stick TV as well. We had a rousing game of darts before playing a competitive game of pool. Then we relaxed and watched movies in the basement surround sound. Truly a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend.
