“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“I booked this hotel entirely based on location. It's right across the street from Pexcho's American Dime Museum! The staff were very pleasant. All of them. The amenities in the room are a bit dated, but perfectly functional. I found the whole property to be charming. ”
