Room was beautiful and clean. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. My only complaints are the volume on the tv remote didn't work. I could turn it up but not down. And I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower

Most of the staff were very helpful. I had an issue with my leg bleeding and asked my grandson to get help from the front desk. When he asked he was told they could not leave the front desk but they had a phone number I could come get. I was unable to walk so I just called 911. The breakfast was excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed the eggs. The floor in the suite I stayed in was so dirty! I was unable to go barefoot. The bottom of my feet got so black. I washed my feet from the side of the tub and had to scrub to get it clean.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Texas Roadhouse was next to the hotel which was a plus because we could walk there without driving there. We were close to the stores and restaurants.

The property had an odor throughout the building. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. There gnats flying in the room. The following morning killed a roach in the bathroom. The original room reserved was not available. According to staff it was not able to be occupied. The pool was also not in service. Would not stay at the property again. The only positive is the location is conveniently located near restaurants and the expressway.
