The room was clean and fresh smelling. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was one of the best! Handicap parking was adequate. Although I reported a vehicle parked in the striped area between the two handicapped spots and nothing was damaged nevto have the vehicle removed. This made it very difficult to maneuver with a walker. Otherwise the stay was great!

Property and room were nice. Man at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Upon checking out, another patron had the same issue. As long as he works there, I will not stay. I would give his name, but he wears his nametag on his collar and when he gave his name, I was too frustrated to write it down. He mentioned he used to be the manager.

I had an excellent stay, and the hotel staff truly made the experience exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a smile. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made me feel valued as a guest. It’s clear they take pride in providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visit so enjoyable!

Excellent visit to this Augusta Holiday Inn and Suites from checking in till checkout. The staff was so friendly. Very clean Hotel. If my travels bring me back to Augusta, I would certainly love to stay here again.
