“The condo was a great size to sleep all 3 of us (three generations, so no two together in a bed). It was very clean and efficiently sized for our group. The kitchen table was tiny though, so when we wanted to get together with the others in our group staying in a different condo, that got hard. Being off-season (just after Labor Day), the lazy river was closed off so we didn't get to enjoy that. The pool and playground were open, though, and they were quite clean, well-maintained and……

“Excellent property. Location can't be beat for golfers and is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. A very nice amenity is having access to Litchfield by the Sea beach club. There was also a very nice barbeque grill. The property is roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. The interior walls appear to have been recently painted, and my only negative comment would be that the trim, doors, and some of the furniture still need a fresh coat of paint. ”

“We had a few issues when 1st arriving at property but all taken care of quickly and efficiently. Good communication with manager. Be prepared to drive to pools/tennis courts. Office is 20 minutes North of property which was out of the way for pick up and key returns. Downstairs resident was on her phone for hours each day screaming obscenities which could be heard from every room. Good location to see area beaches, restaurants and shops.”

It was a short walk/drive to the pool which was also well maintained. The beach was a short drive away. Very close to excellent golf courses, shopping and restaurants. We had a great time! ”

“Pros: We had a wonderful time at this house which was very well equipped. The wet bar with built in ice maker was a life saver for our group. Plenty of space and amenities for our large group! We rented one golf cart to assist with getting our crew to the beach (made a few trips) but if not, it was a 5 min walk to beach and very doable. If we venture back to PI, we would stay here again.Hosts were excellent and great with communication. They accommodated a request upon our arrival. Later in the……
