“Beautiful hotel! Love the updates and front staff were pleasant. But our stay wasn’t the best! When we checked in, our room had dirty check markings all on the toilet seat, hairs in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door wouldn't close completely as the door screws were loosely hanging out and eventually fell off. “Great location near many shops and restaurants. It was a bit noisy at times since it was across the street from the hospital. The towels were very small and when we asked for fresh ones, we never received them. We ran out of tissues and had to ask there times before some was brought. The bistro was counter service and very over priced, but they had plenty of seating. The bed was yet comfortable and the blackout shades did a good job. Would probably stay here again ”
