“The staff at the check in desk were so very helpful with arranging rooms closer together for my friend and I. They did it all with great humor. They answered all our questions about Uber, restaurants near the Civic Center, and helped me get signed into WiFi. The room was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was huge. One suggestion I have is to put grab bars in the shower, especially for those of us who aren’t as agile as we used to be. ”

Hotel’s reception is found in a spacious lounge-bar area that doubles as a workspace & comfy social gathering spot during the day.
