“This property is in a beautiful location. Rooms facing the ocean with balcony was incredible. Just a couple miles to town. We had great conversations with new people around the fire. Only downside was check-in. Didn't get out room until after 4pm. Kept being told that they would text us but after 3 other couples walked up and got their keys we decided to ask and they said it was ready. Feel if we had gone out and just waited they never would have text. So that needs cleaned up. Would also be……

“The hosts were extremely accommodating when we notified them in advance that we would arrive past the check-in hours, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of sightseeing in Boston & Salem. The Sargent Room on the 3rd floor was very spacious and clean; however, the beds were "short" for us and the carpet that covered the uneven floor could be updated.
