“When we checked in, Roman made us feel like we were home! He was absolutely wonderful. The room was nearly perfect for us. Great breakfast. Great location in walking distance to the marina, Mallory Square, and Duval. Many great restaurants and shops nearby. The pool needed attention and our bathroom was pretty small. But te bed and pillows were amazing. Would definitely stay the again! ”

“I stay at this property often the last 10 years and don’t usually have any issues, in fact I love the place, which is why I continue to come back. This trip we stayed in one of the top floor attic rooms in the main building and were told that our key may not work- that’s not something you want hear upon checking in. We asked when it would be resolved and were told by the time we got back that evening that it should work. Well, we rolled in around midnight and the key did not in fact work, nor……
