“This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. “House is old, so not in perfect shape. But everything was clean. So interesting to saty in a historical home. We loved that is was so close to the Deersville General Store where we walked to for their homeade ice cream. It is also close to Tappan Lake campground which is where other family members were staying.”

“The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and well stocked. The only thing I could complain about has nothing to do with the home, and the property manager was very nice. However the road to get to property was quite a trip. Very curvy and busy. Otherwise our stay was great. ”
