“We were in a handicap room. The water was not hot, shower room looked old and room would not handle a wheelchair very well the way it was laid out.”

“The hotel is a great hotel they don’t do breakfast but do give you discounts for nearby restaurants which is nice. The walls are paper thin you can hear other peoples movements in surrounding rooms. But overall is pretty decent hotel”

“The bathroom ceiling paint was cracked and peeling. The refrigerator worked very well and clean. Only one elevator was in service during my stay. I feel the Expedia reservation needs to do a better effort in clarifying which Hawthorn Extended Stay hotel is being reserved. There is an older property in Saint Clairsville, Ohio and a newer property in Triadelphia, WV. Saint Clairsville Ohio is 18 miles from the newer West Virginia hotel. Please be clear on future reservations. This location……
