You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. Overall the place is cute and clean but a huge sticking point for me is there no pet policy and their “continental” breakfast which consisted of……

“Was a little way off the interstate but so glad we made the extra drive and stayed at this hotel! The staff were so incredibly kind. The property is pristine. Room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again! ”

“We stayed in three different vrbos during our mini road trip and this was by far the best! It was so beautifully decorated, very clean, and the property was so peaceful and relaxing! The beds were also extremely comfortable! It was super close to some nice hiking trails and The Caverns concert venue. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again”
