"We had a nice stay. The kids really enjoyed the water park and the activities. The location is great and close to many attractions in Orlando. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a fun place for a family trip."

"The room was verr spacious, clean and smells fresh. Staff member was pleasant and courteous. I not able to comment on the pool or the pets. "

"The maid service wasn’t the greatest. Some days our beds were made and some days nothing. Also there was this very little garbage can in the bathroom. It would have been so nice to have a can by the TV. And I left some wet towels on the bathroom floor that stayed there for 3 days. But aside from the maids service the resort was great! The bowling alley! The lazy river! The restaurants! The location!! It was fabulous!!"

"Used the shuttle service to universal . You have to reserve. Spot the day before . Pool bar was closed the one day we decided to sot by it. Cafe was cute , the could have used some more help , tended to get very busy and the ladies working it didnt seem thrilled about it . Bed was okay. Room service knocked at our door 2 separte times before checkout time. "

"We did lose power, Wi-Fi and tv services, but it was not the property fault"

"The property is great. Plenty of pools to choose from. Only thing that i think is alittle off is house keeping. They give a schedule of what days they will come by. But it doesnt alway happen, and the time they come is all over the place. They come to the door we say were leaving and they dont come back for two hours. Just hard to plan."
