The hotel overall was as expected. Staff was courteous & effective. We loved the furniture & cleanliness of the room. However, we stayed in room T30 with patio - we were disappointed at the lack of upkeep in that area. The patio pad & privacy fence was full of black mold. All that's needed is a good powerwashing & I would gladly stay here again.

2 King suite was great. Plenty of room and great for families to get a little separation. Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball courts. Breakfast was acceptable with enough options for everyone.

You can drive all the way to the top. But you do not have to take the stairs down. There is a trail at the bottom to walk and see the falls as well. Lesson learned we took the stairs all the way down from the top, then found the lower trail.
