Very disappointing stay. Our room was not properly cleaned upon check-in. There were no toiletries in the washroom, and only two towels were provided for five guests. I had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities that should have already been available.
On the second day, I left the housekeeping sign on the door expecting the room to be cleaned and the toiletries replenished. Instead, they only took the dirty towels and didn’t even make the beds. After complaining again at the front desk, we were given supplies and bedsheets, but by then it was already 10 PM and housekeeping was unavailable, so we had to make the beds ourselves.
Guests should not have to repeatedly request basic amenities or clean up after housekeeping. This experience was frustrating and far below what I expected from a hotel stay.
