9.2/10 Wonderful! (542 reviews)
Location of the hotel is very good, close walking distance (about 15-20 min) to the Old Town, and about 10 minutes to the Palace of Culture and Science. Breakfasts are excellent, especially the a la carte orders. Unfortunately there was only one coffee machine in the breakfast area, and it was broken 2 out of 5 days I stayed there. Staff was unhelpful when we (several guests) reported that the coffee machine is broken and on other days there was no black coffee available (no black coffee capsules, there was just flavoured coffee).
There are two restaurants. The one on the 6th floor has very small portion sizes. The dinner order is smaller than your average appetizer. For example, for the tuna and radish salad I had literally one tiny radish (the size of a quarter) split into 4 pieces and 3 tiny squares of raw tuna. 3 bites for the entire meal. Luckily, they also serve it with fresh bread. The bread and butter was excellent. Poland has the best bread in the entire world.
