"The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock).
If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before).
There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...

10/10 Excellent
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Bed comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Food exceptional! The Billion Mall is connected so you don’t even need to leave the building to shop for fresh foods, clothing, electronics or sweet treats.
