“What a excepcional and beautiful resort to spend a comfortable and relaxed vacation. My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights accompanied by one of the staff members named Daurelin. She gave us a outstanding service. In the beginning of the trip she provided us a phone number to maintain a 24/7 contact throughout our stay and helped us in all aspects! The room, food and everything about this hotel was beyond incredible! Really a 10/10 experience would definitely recommend. ”

“This is a real beach get away, there is not so much around but that adds to the tranquility of the area. If you need to just get away from the crowds and enjoy the coast this is a wonderful place. The jungle apartment also was incredible, we would spend an hour just watching the wildlife on the tree that runs through the building. Of course being in the jungle environment means jungle animals so be warned there will be some big looking spiders. ”

“The rooms are well decorated and the view is great. You will get a lot of noise from the road in the morning. Hopefully it was just during the time we were there but there were a lot of large trucks with air brakes and loud horns pretty early in the morning. Also the staff did almost double charge us for our lunch in the restaurant so just pay attention to your bill on checkout. ”

“Small walk to town; property is beautiful. Our rooms a bit dated, and we couldnt figure out the shower to get hot, water barely came out. The instructions, seemed outdated, so the buttons didnt work. One of our rooms A/C leaked the last night, all of our bags that we left on the floor and also the Chair. luckily our passports werent damaged. I expected a credit or our troubles, but none was offered. Front desk wasnt always staffed so couldnt get bottled waters or ask for help with the A/C;……

“Hello, we went to Samana as a little family with a 5 year old child. The Hotel was nicer as expected, always people around if you have questions and the dining room so nice. The rooms nice and clean. Its just very loud in general, inside the hotel and outside...apart from that, everything was good, my son even wanted to stay there and not going home anymore haha.
