"A smaller resort, farther from the airport. Lobster house was closed and the website kept changing so we couldn’t figure out how to eat the menu. Staff was hit and miss, sometimes great, sometimes very dismissive. There are a lot of places to eat and activities to do. Swim out room was great, but no drink service. Food was really great comparatively"

Carlos, el chofer del tren, también merece reconocimiento por su amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos a movernos por el resort. Asimismo, queremos agradecer a Mario, Dauri, Jon en el bar de libby y sport bar por su excelente atención y por contribuir a crear un ambiente divertido y relajado. "We absolutely loved the Animation team, they kept a fun energy around the resort that made our whole experience. The Japanese restaurant and steak house was a favorite dining option for our family. The beach area was clean and well maintained. Volleyball was one of our favorite activities as well as yoga in the morning. All staff members carried a smile and truly made the vacation enjoyable. We plan on returning!"
