Room was smely and you seat in the toilette and water drops will drop on your back asked to be room change at the front desk and they never called me back
all five days in the Hotel and could not enjoy the Disco by the Bar beacause the Air Condition was Broken all 5 days main pool needs to be updated to much mildew

El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado. Instalaciones, servicios, personal, comida… todo de primera. Mi resort favorito hasta el momento. Todo estuvo excelentemente excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%

The staff at the reception was not friendly and did not know how to solve the inconveniences. Some of the waiters were very nice.
The daily cleaning of the room was very late.
In the swim-up bar the water was very cloudy, it always seemed dirty.
Supposedly I had a hotel credit that I could never make cash because no one knew how I could do it
