Regardless, we were redirected to the right place in village lodge and had the most amazing attentiveness and service by the owner, Caro, and our hostess, Luisa. Very beautiful beach loft in the middle of the jungle and 50 feet away from the most gorgeous secluded beach. Recommending this place to anyone who travels to Samaná. "I got tricked by the name WYNDHAM associated with this hotel. Will avoid any VIVA in the future. They did try to please us with an Anniversary room package and a Birthday cake on our last dinner. They try really try. But it was a matter of multiples details. Example: one night I went to the front desk asking about that night show ? She didn’t know, asked me to look for one of the activities to check. No advertising about the shows anywhere. No not see any. About 45 years traveling on business or pleasure."
