“This is a cute, clean, modern condo close to downtown Austin. There is great food within walking distance and the neighborhood is nice and safe and there are a lot of friendly people out walking their dogs! The host is atttentive and communicative. Highly recommend!”

“Great location right on sixth street, the loft itself was beautiful and a lot of space to work with. The rooftop deck was our favorite part, the view was amazing! Will be looking to stay again if were back in Austin!”

“This is a must condo! It was fun, modern, clean, amazing views of the city, and walking distance to just about everything! Perfect anniversary getaway. ”

“Very relaxing and nice view!”

“Not sure why another review listed that parking was an issue and that it is “ghetto” because quite frankly, that wasn’t the case. It is an urban area and close to all the major things like the Moody Center. Parking for our truck and trailer was NEVER an issue during our stay. The place is clean, updated and all the rooms have smart tvs and fans. Our puppies loved it too. Todd was super helpful and communicative even after I asked him about parking our trailer after seeing someone else’s……

“This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The best communication and the best appointed place we can remember. High quality bedding, dishes, appliances, all of it. Plenty of room.... especially if one compares it to a hotel room......and it would have to be an expensive hotel to equal this place ”
