“We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend ”

“Not sure where to start…this could (should?) be a 3 or 4 star review easily. I was a single occupant and honestly, if it were 2 it wouldn’t have worked with lack of amenities. With that being said, I’m a minimalist and didn’t need additional amenities so this review is more for awareness to others. The building and unit appear to be newer, clean and well kept.This is by FAR the least stocked unit I’ve stayed in. There was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths and no dish cloths or towels....
