“We were very disappointed in our experience on this stay and felt the condo and setting were not adequately described on VRBO. The condo is in a dilapidated, sketchy area. We are experienced and tolerant travelers, but arriving at the condo, we were concerned that the area was not safe to park our cars, and we certainly would not feel safe walking around at night. “This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.”

“This is a fantastic property that is centrally located near the historic Rainey district and close to the river and walking trail. The condo was spacious and comfortable, with modern decor. It was squeaky clean, with great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!”
