“This is the perfect location. We will be renting this condo again if we ever come into town for concerts in Austin completely clean and updated and House everything you’d possibly need in walking distance of everything so that location was Prime.”

“The laundry room has two washers and two dryers but one washer was down and the signs led me to believe it has been out of service for a long time. The machines require quarters and there is no change machine. The laundry room is dimly lighted and the machines are dinghy. We took our laundry elsewhere. This property is quiet and is an excellent location. The off-street parking is great. We weren't able to use the TV in the bedroom... the signal was too slow but the TV in the living room is...

“Super helpful front desk support in a beautiful condo high-rise at an awesome location just off the Lady Bird Lake trail. Loved the fitness center. We had hoped to use the lounge on the pool level, as it's a great space and open to residents if not booked. But, it was booked most of the time (and expensive to book)!”
