“Great all around”

“Clean space with very friendly service”

“This property met our needs for a weekend place to stay. The location was convenient as well as aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing.”

“Review: Not Exactly as Described. The property is well located within the city of Bayonne and driveway parking adjacent to the building is a major plus because street parking in the area is hard to find. Our disappointment was to find out that the description for this particular unit was not accurate, non existent items were: no hot tub, just plain shower floor, no separate dining area, no dining room table only sofa and coffee table, no computer monitor, no desk and chair, no kitchen isle, no……

“This property is ideal for active families on the go. It is equipped, comfortable beds, full kitchen free parking and allows pets for a fee. Nice neighborhood with a dog park within a 2 minute walk, lots of great food within a 10 minute drive in any direction and close to NYC. Thanks!!!”

“I have a few complaints regarding the property. I specifically picked this property due to the amenities and photos provided. The listing stated outdoor space and upon arrival noticed an orange note posted stating outdoor space under construction and only emergency access. The host had plenty of time to let us know about no access to the yard. The stairs leading upstairs had loose and missing carpet pieces causing a tripping hazard, the handrails had missing and broken spindles and wasn't……

“The property was very clean. It fit our needs for our mini vacation. We had six adults and all slept comfortably. Host replied quickly when needed.”

“Great place to stay and close to New York!”

“If you want something calm and easy going this is a good place .3 minute walk to the train station”

“This is a great place to rent out for a few days. The house is very comfortable and clean and I loved the bath tub with the jets. The only thing I wish could have been better was the tv in the main bedroom to cooperate better but I think it might be old so it wasn’t really a problem. Was out most of the time anyways. Other than that it was a great time and the host was always very helpful and quick with responses.”

“First impressions matter—absolutely no parking near the home for nearly an hour, storm door was broken and would not close, porch light look liked it had been hit by a bat and did not work. Once you get inside expect a narrow and steep flight of stairs to get to the main level of the house. The actual was nicely remodeled, individual room A/C units kept the space comfortable, even in the summer heat. Spaces were clean and basic supplies and amenities were provided. A few things to note:—the……

“Very attentive host. The place could use some improvements.”

“Everything was great. The only suggestion is to update the blinds behind the bed to eliminate light.”

“Very convenient just always answered our questions very clean and neat home enjoyed our stay”

“We thought there was a main floor with no stairs. So it was hard for our parents to get up and down. Other than that it was an excellent stay with great and quick communication from the host.”

“It was nice”

“Very spacious, renovation tastefully updated. Other than a couple of the furnishings needing to be upgraded. Love the area, friendly quiet just what my family needed. When we had an issue we were not ignored, we were met with a quick response.Parking can be madness but that’s out of the host control. We were forwarded information to help us with that.”
