“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “Overall the stay was pleasant. However, for the price, I expected a few things that were not available. Because we stayed in the guest house in the basement, the house had a mold/dirt like smell. The rooms needed to be properly aired out before our arrival. Also, the temperature outside was relatively cold in the 40’s and the room was very cold and took a while to warm up after we raised the thermostat to 68 degrees. ”
