“The breakfast wasnt bad. The eggs were just overcooked. Overall our visit was good. Bring your own pillows if you care about comfort. The doors slam no matter what you do, so it’s annoying when you hear it during the night. The staff was all very pleasant and accommodating! ”

“This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. Upon checkout, I was told that because the room was booked online I……

“The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times……

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Culpeper. We were seeing a concert at UVA but all of the hotels were sold out. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were all updated, the gym was amazing with nice equipment, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was also great. If we are ever staying in Culpeper again, we would definitely stay here!”

“Asked for a new comforter as ours had hard spots throughout bc it was so old. We were given two sheets. No extra pillows when we requested and breakfast wasn’t the greatest either. Staff was friendly and pool was nice though ”

“The grounds, restaurant/bar and rooms were amazing. I would recommend they update TVs to smart ones! As a frequent traveler I enjoy being able to log into my favorite shows when away. The golf course was a surprise!! Staff were excellent. The wineries we visited were all unique and amazing. ”

“Everything was clean and very presentable. The only thing was the people in the room above ours walked very loudly and it woke us up a few times. There was also a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings which made sleeping in difficult.”

“This is a great location if you arrive by train. There is also parking nearby. Easy to use the code sent to gain remote access. My room was pleasant, well appointed and comfortable. Shops and places to eat are very close. ”
