I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness, amenities, and curb appeal. I had a very comfortable stay, my interactions with the staff were great and they were extremely helpful, I would definitely come back and stay at this property again based on my experiences and what the hotel has to offer it's guests.

The staff was very helpful. The free transport to and from the airport as well as the air and space museum was awesome. The building is a bit old and is could probably use an update, however it was very clean.

I was in Virginia for a weekend event and the property met my requirements. There was food and basic shopping in close proximity. The room had a slightly damp smell at first, but it quickly dissipated. Breakfast was sufficient, coffee was good. Fit for purpose. It's on par with or even slightly above other business hotels I've stayed at.

AWFUL! Stay else where. Beds are not comfortable. Rooms are old and AC is old. Tv screen is too small. Property needs a complete renovation. Staff is The WORST. They will make up wired excuses to fit their own narrative. No room cleaning if not requested before 11 AM. They will harass you with loud knocking early in the morning. THEY don’t not care about their customers! 0/10!

STAFF are RUDE and lack any customer service. They don’t care about your stay or comfort. The cleaning staff will distribute your stay by knocking hard on your door as early as 10 AM. They try to get you out of the place but won’t care if you complain about noise. Front desk staff, particularly a young gentleman that works in the morning is extremely disrespectful. The place is old and ghetto. Can find better hotel nearby in the same price range. STAY AWAY
