The breakfast buffet is limited and mediocre. The staff are not proactive in replacing items that run out. You have to ask them. Housekeeping will not change bed sheets or make the bed unless you request it. They should tell guests that when during check in. I had to ask twice for them to do the bed in my room. It finally got done on the fifth day of my stay.

The room was very spacious and quiet. Some small wear and tear on the room, but overall good experience. Very friendly staff and good location for seeing a concert. Ample parking and quick check in.

The hotel is nice. I had the room at the end of the hallway (101) which we thought would be nice but turns out to be horrible. It is direct across from the ice machine. Guest started getting ice at 6am and each time it woke me up. The continental breakfast was not the greatest compared to ones we have had in the past. No water to drink. Only overly sweet apple juice and coffee.

Breakfast is a great plus here. Waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal. Clean and well stocked. Quiet hotel. No issues. Only complaint is that our hotel room floors were not vacuumed.

Check in/out was easy and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great as well. During the time of our stay one of the elevators was out of service and the one that was working felt a bit scary to be on - it moved around a bunch. The room had a door that can access the room adjacent to it which I thought was a bit weird but we made sure the door was locked the entire stay. The room itself was clean and organized, some parts of the wall and door were worn down but still functional. Overall a good experience, especially for our short stay.
