“There are several positive reasons to choose this property when looking for a place to stay. One of these include the location. You are far enough out of town to be away from bunches of people yet close enough to easily access places you’ll want to such as groceries, gas, restaurants and shopping. There is a walking path nearby but sadly you have to walk along the roadway for a bit to access it. Being pet friendly is great. Almost everything we did in the area welcomes well behaved dogs. “The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back...

“We really enjoyed our stay here. This was our 2nd time back to Estes. The property was easy to get to, very clean, and bed was comfortable. The only thing that needs to be more clear as to what number of the unit you are staying in. We knew the building, but had to ask about which unit we had reserved. Overall, great place to stay!”
