Upon checkin, the key did not work. This is a large hotel so after 3 tries making keys, they finally moved rooms. The door lock was broken. Not the front desk's fault, but when we said it was probably the lock, they still make the key multiple times with a half mile trip back and forth. The breakfast at this property is pointless. They should just save money by not bothering as they really had very few options and not a thing that was appealing. There was a car parked outside our room window at midnight with windows rolled down and blasting the stereo. Called front desk and they could have cared less. This La Quinta was one of the worst I've ever stayed at.

Overall, nice place. The key cards did not work on the west side door. The hot tub is pleasingly warm but needs more bubbles. The walls between rooms are a a little thin, we could clearly hear the activities of the couple next door.

Rooms are very noisy, hear neighbors all night, No noise reduction between walls. The LG television was impossible to operate the remote to see local channels. The breakfast was terrible. The personnel at the desk were minimal, no help. I liked that I could have my dog in the room.
