“I appreciate that Residence Inn welcomes canine guests though we left our boy home. It’s convenient location to downtown and shopping rates high in our book. I would encourage free parking for guests. ”

“At first I was disappointed, I thought it was on the river (walking distance) and rented paddle boards. I was under the impression I could walk out the facilities down to the river. This is not case. Otherwise, it was a fun little set up with fire pits, games, hammocks etc. The room was a little worn but doable. Neat concept, just needs a bit of TLC. It would be epic if it was waterfront.”

“The people that run this Motel are good people. They will go above and beyond to make sure you stay is enjoyable. I stayed 2 nights there with my little dog and was extremely happy with my stay. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfy. I highly recommend this motel it’s not expensive but they treat you like a king or queen. You will get your monies worth.”

“Clean, roomy facilities. Friendly staff! Great breakfast with plenty of food available. BUT...There were a lot of parking spaces blocked off leaving insufficient space on the property and I had to park at an adjacent property...which my recently injured knee did not appreciate. Also, Hotels.com did not forward to the hotel my requirement for a "1st floor room or elevator" and I was assigned a room which required me to climb stairs. The night clerk was able to assign me to another room which……

“Other reviews dig on the property for being outdated, and it is true. It is however priced right making it a great value. It’s a nice very clean outdated property. Staff were better than most I’ve encountered at twice the price. Would stay again.”

“Parking was off site at an adjacent lot shared with bank. It is a noisy choice in the rooms. It is a nice property, trendy in some ways. Rooftop was out of bounds during my stay but this likely helped with the noise. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised at how much we liked this hotel. No frills but clean and safe. Close to downtown Bend within 10-12 minutes…Safeway and Costco a stones throw away. Great brewery across the street with live music, several wonderful restaurants with minutes away. I would stay here again!”
