“If you want to be in the heart of downtown. This is the place. They have 3 restaurants and a bar, lots of lounge space and locals use it too. Rooms were comfortable and bright and relaxing.”

“Just a quick overnight there waiting for an early flight. Room was clean and staff was great.”

“Such a great stay for our trip to Smith Rock! The urth was so clean, fresh, and warm for our arrival late in the evening. Shower was hot and the bed was soo comfy after a day of hiking. We slept so well with the window open and the air smelling of juniper and sage. We went out for dinner at the nearby Sandbaggers bar and had breakfast there the next morning. Such a fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable, five stars!!”

“Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come. In general staff were not prioritizing the customer experience at all. Especially During breakfast time. Overall, the hotel is nice and is clean, but the Customer service was very poor.”
