“Clean and cozy”

“Place was awesome! Had a trail we hiked. Restaurant within walking distance. Definitely will stay there again! ”

Our only concern was that we packed our belongings and went out to breakfast on our last day, came back less than an hour later, 930 or so and our bed was stripped and our room was being cleaned. We had planned on staying in the room until checkout as we had an event to get dressed and ready for. Unfortunately, we did not have that option. “Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up. ”

“We arrived and were told the room we reserved were NOT available. Finally got a 'replacement' room. Went to go look and we found out the pictures posted are a complete lie. Theres absolutely no internet connection in the room, which means no TV usage available. The hotel was terrifying with brokenness, mold and dirtiness. I also had to put down a deposit. The staff were nice (why its a 2 star and not a 1).”

“Room was clean. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was trying to call the Inn directly. Like so many hotels now it's difficult to get someone on the phone at an actual hotel. I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night……

“The river view room was amazing”

“Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and……
