“The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced”

“Nothing unique about the Super8 in Muscatine,IA. The desk clerk had to be found when we got there-took about 20 min. Then he was hard for my husband to understand when trying to check in. Only room available was a 2 bed one, not a real problem but why doesn’t Expedia communicate with the motel you book with? They had no idea of cost, room, nothing. Thankfully I had our online confirmation!”

“We stop here at least once a yr in our travels. This year it was not a great experience. The room smelled of dog pee and carpet was stained in all major walkways. The room was very humid maybe because right next to the pool area. The breakfast was typical except the waffle machine was broke and didn't show time so waffles ended up burnt. We went to restaurant next to property for breakfast.”

“At 11:30 pm I booked and paid for a room I had to travel an hour to pick up my friend and another hour to get back to town then we stopped for food I called at 3:30 because I didn't know that you had to check in by 2:30 am so I called to let them know I was on my way I got lost trying to find the place and got there by 4:30am they refused to let me get my room and said I called over an hour an a half ago which was a lie and now I'm fighting to try to get a refund and never even got to get my……

“Very nice! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & comfortable & we always like the roomy bathrooms. Breakfast areas was better than many hotels. First floor was under renovation, but never disturbed us. When we travel we usually look for a Hampton Inn & this one was just what we needed.”

“The property is clean and maintained. We tried it because of the reasonable pet fee ($25). We had a room with a jacuzzi, which we will avoid repeating. There was nothing wrong with it, and the front desk did ASK if would take it. But it is a lot of wasted space.”
