“Every staff member we encountered was friendly- including valet, front desk staff, in room dining staff, speakeasy staff and Tavernonna. Truly, every single person we interacted with added to the positive experience. I cannot say I have ever been able to say that before that universally on ALL fronts, staff was friendly! The hotel is clean and very well designed. It was cool to stay in a historical building like that. The only issue I had was that the hotel room was chilly. I assume that comes……
