“The room was super clean, so much so that I left a tip for the maid. The parking lot was clean. And one thing I really liked was that there was a trash can on the second floor so that we could dump food, trash and not have to go far from our rooms.”

“We absolutely LOVE staying here. It’s the reason we keep coming back every year!”

“This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed.……

“Property was exactly as described. Perfect lodging for our group of four and easy location for our Kennebunkport/Portland/Freeport weekend trip. Communication with Nick and Kayla was easy.”

“This little house was absolutely charming! The owners were very accommodating and flexible with our dates and last minute booking. The house is incredibly cozy and the outdoor porch was a big hit. The location of this house is also amazing as you have access to the ocean, marsh and a beautiful pond. E would love to return with our grandkids who would love it! Thank you Shannon and Jim for sharing your special house with us!”

“Nice !”

“环境不错”

“The place was nice and clean. The only issue was that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and it was immediately repaired. The staff was helpful and prompt. We had an excellent stay. We will problem be back next year. Thank you very much.”

“Beautiful location and hotel!”

“喜欢周围环境，但是住宿条件一般，洗澡淋浴喷头是坏的”
