You'll be spoiled for sightseeing choice when visiting Sant Lluis. Bodegas Binifadet is a good place to kick off here, but there are many other worthwhile sights to appreciate. Mahón Harbour, Splash Sur Menorca, and Punta Prima Beach are close to the wine-making establishment and and will cap off your day nicely.
