Dock details: The guest may stand, sit ad fish from the dock only. The dock is off limits to tying up a boat to the dock or using the boat lit at the home due to liability. There is a public boat ramp directly across the street from this home, the guest can park the boat and trailer in the driveway.   
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I booked this place because of the pool and hot tub so I could swim each morning, didnt happen with water 65-70 degrees. Unfortunately the pool wasn't headed and colder than the ocean, big disappointment and not disclosed in description. No solar cover to retain heat. Would have preferred a king bed in the master. Kitchen living room nice, a few more things in the kitchen would be nice. Enjoyed manitees outside, deck chairs missing to sit by the water. Doug the Manager responded when needed.

#### Nice will be back

Very clean house located on a canal with pool and hot tub. The boat parking isn't the best, only a lift and nowhere to tie a boat unless it is on the lift. Also, the canopy has pieces hanging down that need to be removed. The fish cleaning station is not far from falling in the water. The boat lift needs some work and adjusted. Need bigger trash cans but other than the things listed above it was an overall great house and we will be back.

#### Great location!

This our 3rd year booking this property. We really enjoy the location for fishing around Pine Island. The house has a fresh coat of pain & some updates this year which was nice. The only negative is that the boat lift was off limits this year due to storm damage, however, this happened after we booked (as we booked about 8 months out).

#### April fishing getaway

The property was great. Plenty of room, clean & modern. Could use a few more items in the kitchen, but the property was enjoyed by all. However, even though the listing mentions a dock, and I was assured during my correspondence through VRBO with somebody at the property management company that there was a dock, there was no dock. Luckily a neighbor allowed me to keep my boat on their dock, otherwise I’m not sure what I would have done.
