“The location is absolutely perfect to access the beach, activities in the community, places to eat and play. I have stayed at this location at Barefoot Landing many times. I believe I can sincerely call it 'my preferred spot" when I visit Myrtle Beach. Would be absolutely wonderful if a complimentary breakfast and bottled water are included. The staff are friendly and supportive. The lobby is comfortable and you can gather with family and friends and even make new acquaintances.”

“Ideally located for access to Myrtle Beach area. Easy on and off the interstate. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was hot with nice choices.”

“Villa rooms were very dated and not very clean. Resort double booked me and was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. Two different guests who checked in before us also had problems with their reservations. We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.”

“Everything excellent except for the mattress in the sofa bed. Was completely flat and my kids felt the springs poking their backs... they weren't able to replace it but added some padding to make it a little bit comfortable which we really appreciate from the sweet housekeeping lady. Carpets, washer and dryer were stinky... smelled like wet dog and pee. There was a dead roach in the little laundry closet. No sponge to wash the dishes. Not enough silverware. No bed linens for the sofa bed, we had……

“The privacy of the one bedroom suite was nice. It was good to have sleeping space separated from the rest of the area. We booked an ocean front room with a balcony. While we were definitely facing the ocean, between you and the ocean is the pool, people, noise and activity that goes with that & DJs. I would pick a different resort for that reason alone next time. We are usually people who love sitting out on the balcony, watching the ocean and having a coffee or drink. We didn't do that once……

“I stay here several times a year and like the fact the EV chargers are conveniently located on the property. Housekeeping did a great job. The pool was very crowded and lots of kids but we were still able to enjoy.check in is always easy.”
