"The room is clean but the fact that matter of fact the being that my door did not lock I was uncomfortable for that reason I wasn't able to get a full night's rested because the fact that I couldn't even lock my door also that the fact that the blinds were cut Somebody went and cut the blinds off to where I can't sleep in peace I feel like somebody was watching me from outside but other than that the customer service was terrible because of the fact of the front desk would not change rooms at first I had to make it and put out there how am I supposed to sleep with the freaking door like that his response was our management gets here in the morning"

"Room was spacious and clean. Pool was small but very nice. Suites have lockable doors on bedrooms. Two televisions for kids and parents. Overall, one of the nicer properties we have stayed in."

"Jack C. checked us in and was not pleasant. She seemed annoyed to be helping us. Room was okay—nothing special. Breakfast okay—some food cold. Pool was closed at 9:00 next morning when it should have been open because they had to clean it. Had to wait half an hour in swimsuits. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not sure why it has 9.2 rating."
