Very accessible to Salt Palace. Accommodating staff. Room didn't seem to be swept or dusted on arrival. Asked for them to come in and do this - they did (I saw her.) and yet, when we came back, the bathroom looked untouched. Otherwise, very nice stay!

The hotel was decent for the price. Parking costs an extra $25-35 per night and we had a hard time keeping the AC on throughout the night. I think if the AC wasn't recognizing movement in the room, it didn't keep running.

I really liked that you could text the front desk with any questions. It made everything so much easier. Everyone was very accommodating, from the front desk staff, maintenance (brought me an extra remote), housekeeping. The rooms were very clean and the view was great.

The staff at this property were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, for the first time I rode an electric scooter and was able to get everywhere. I wanted in downtown without any issues. I would definitely stay here again. If you are going to a concert at the Delta Center, it is half a block away.

There was never parking, the shower was clogged, the water pressure sucked, we would shower and it would change from hot to cold. The cleaning service wouldn't bother making the beds they would just flatten the sheets on top. we would constantly have to call to get new towels when they should bring them every time they clean. Not eco friendly. No Ev charging
