“Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful ”

“房間及沖涼地方整潔 有毛巾提供 可以自己調節冷氣 Common area 好”

“還行吧”

“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. “Good location, variety of food options ”

“Location is pretty well to reach anywhere. The price is not friendly for a single person traveling but except for this, all good.”

“職員熱心有禮”

“The front desk staff were friendly, and the bathroom was spacious enough, but the room facilities were rather basic.”

However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe……

“nice location, breakfast is very good.”

“Big room and good mattress only”

“地點非常理想，距離地鐵站步行只是5分鐘，但環境清靜，而且沿途有很多食肆，只是房間有點兒細”
