Loved the room. We had an executive king which was nice and spacious.
The people that were above us were very noisy. They had children that were running for hours above us. I went to the desk several times to complain and I was assured they would take care of it, but it never happened. I also called to the desk many times and no one ever answered the phone. The noise went from 730 until 12:30 AM. I find this to be unacceptable. I even called the front desk from the main number and still no one answered. It was hard for me to sleep with earbuds in and the TV on as I could still hear the running the next morning I went to the front desk to talk to the manager, and I was assured she would do something for us in 20 minutes. An hour went by and we needed to leave and I still had no resolution. I find this all to be very unacceptable.
