Wasnt too expensive. Was really small room and very old. No ac. But shower was excellent very hot and strong water pressure.

Stayed at this property for its convenience to Yellowstone. It was pretty much a straight shot to the park. It was also a straight shot out of town when we left.

When we arrived we weren’t sure if we were going to add an additional evening. We asked if we did if the price would be the same and the reservation girl (who was very lovely) said if there was a difference it wouldn’t be more than a couple dollars. So we agreed. Well it was an extra $80 and the manager did finally agree to discount the price a bit but took hours. What was also annoying about the second night was the music. I was unable to sleep, the bed was uncomfortable & we paid more than we wanted for the second night. I would never return to this hotel! The free drink didn’t exactly make up for the other issues! Completely not worth it! We ended up leaving the 2nd night at midnight because it was so bad!

During WWI, Japanese-American citizens were imprisoned in camps across the US. Heart Mountain, outside Cody WY was one of these camps. There's a revealing interpretation center and lots of history to be experienced. Once a year, in the summer, they have a reunion of citizens, families & friends who were kept there. It's a 20 minutes east of Cody, and about 1.5 hrs west of Yellowstone National Park.
